Wade Stephens

Wade Stephens is a highly qualified instructor of security topics. He is currently a certified instructor in Bruce Siddles’ Human Factor Research Group (HFRG) Defensive Tactics Threat Pattern Recognition use of Force system which includes, Threat Pattern Recognition (Fire Arms/CQC), Pressure Point Control Tactics (PPCT), Spontaneous Knife Defense (SKD), Ground Avoidance Ground Escape (GAGE), in addition to Sexual Harassment Rape Prevention (SHARP). He is also a qualified instructor under the Safariland O.C. Program and has completed the FBI Instructors certification, which is nationally recognized as a certification to teach law enforcement. The American Jail Association has certified him to train with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Wade also has specialized training in Combat Hapkido, weapons disarmament and weapon retention. Wade has also created his own Women’s Self-Defense program that he teaches to colleges, universities, Girls Inc, and the private sector. In regard to firearms certification Wade is a Certified Instructor of Defensive Handgun from the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Wade has also completed the grueling training course taught by legendary close protection agent Elijah Shaw. As a result, Wade Stephens is now officially a certified close protection agent by Elijah Shaw's Icon Services as well as by Trojan Securities. Due to these certifications, Wade is eligible to provide both official Close Protection Service and can present executive protection agent credentials upon request.
As an experienced, professional correctional officer, Wade Stephens has also had extensive experience in managing “High Profile” inmates within a Direct Supervision model. Wade has worked in the commercial and event security from both management and line personnel perspectives.
As the CEO of 4 Horsemen Security, LLC, Wade Stephens manages day-to-day operations of the company, including new account acquisitions, account management and staff training. In the fall of 2010 he was featured in "The Circuit" a Security Industry Professional Publication of the North American Bodyguard Association.
In addition to his security industry experience, Wade also possesses over fifteen years of real world corporate experience and has acquired a deep knowledge of and respect for customer service.
