Michael Rowe is an subject matter expert on interpersonal violence as well as psychological and physical tactics to deal with violence. He has been teaching Martial Arts, Combative Sciences, Defensive Tactics, and Military Combatives for almost 40 years. He has first hand experience dealing with Bullying Behaviors (both at peer and supervisory levels), criminal violence, as well as the violence of the battlefield.
Michael is the Founder of the HEART (Helping Everyone Achieve Respect Today) Bully Education Program and the President of Alpha Omega Defensive Solutions, a Nebraska based 501(c)3 Non-Profit dedicated to teaching self-defense and bully education to citizens of rural Nebraska. He is a 8th Degree Black Belt and Certified Grandmaster of Combat Hapkido where he has been recognized numerous times during the last decade for his contributions to the education of his community in the dealing with violence.
